INCOMPETENT STAFF. The incompetence of every employee who assisted me over a span of three days cost me 2-years worth of thousands of photo/video memories, over $2,000 cash directly out of pocket, and the trade in value of my iPhone 11 Pro Max 512GB. Staff are incapable of handling the high customer volume. They dont greet you or add you to the service queue in a timely manner when you enter the store. When they do greet you, they are disgruntled and address you as if you are their biggest inconvenience of the day. They dont know the difference between iPhone models, storage capacities, or operating systems. They dont know how to properly transfer data from your old device to your new device. Absolute worst phone buying experience Ive ever had.

Jesse is the man!!! I went to 2 other T-mobile's for a phone issue and they weren't any help...Jesse fixed it in less then 5 minutes. I thought he was the manager but he explained himself Thanks Jesse

I just moved from Houston and wanted to get my own phone plan, Amanda was the most helpful and knowledgeable associate. I left with a brand new phone and accessories as well. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received
