Rich from enterprise was amazing. My car was stolen so I needed a rental through insurance. He spoke to my insurance for me and made everything go smoothly. Rich also made sure to let me know if insurance increased my rental timeline and helped me with returning the vehicle to another location. I have never had to get a rental through insurance so I had no idea what I was doing and Rich made the process simple and easy. Best customer service Ive experienced with a rental car company.

Despite having a reservation made a month in advance, day of pickup car wasnt ready. We were told to come after noon to see if it was available. So we managed to just tell them wed be there the next day, after noon. Next day we call to see if our car was ready, they said after noon (it was 11 am) So we came back, and guess what? They had only a one car available and it was a downgrade. They were reserving a SUV for a different customer, but never honored my reservation, and instead INSISTED in us taking the smaller car, which we were going to have to keep for longer than 2 weeks and wouldnt work out for us to have a much smaller car. After a VERY long time of me trying to get a decent answer, the manager sent us to a different location where we finally got a vehicle. But not after wasting our time, and making us not only come back twice but also driving to medical center area to get the car. At least, we had one (finally).
