The experience here was okay. The rent was fairly cheap, the pools were nice in the summer. Packages are delivered to an automated locker which is nice in preventing porch pirating. There's no water softeners so you'll need your own filter if you want drinking water. There had been an upsurge in vehicle break-ins over the past 2-3 years. The real kicker was moving out. They have no water softeners so they know that does damage overtime to bath tubs, drains, dishwashers etc. (makes the dishwashers useless) but then they'll charge you a $445 resurfacing fee for the bath on moveout when that should be the cost of business covered in rent if they're not going to install water softeners. Don't live here but reading reviews I agree with the one that says they bully and nothing is their fault! It's clear as day in their responses to others reviews even when they are decent reviews.

I did not know such a bad management, they do not take anything into consideration, they are fraudulent, they demand undeserved money, definitely do not move here!!!

I love my place !!! The amenities are amazing and the staff is absolutely awesome . The maintenance staff is awesome taking care of issue in a quick timely manner and the security surveillance is awesome ! Ive been hear with my family over a year and plan to be here for a while !! We are now in June of 2022 and I want to take the time to recognize Moro and his entire maintenance crew!! Our ac went out and these guys ordered and had it installed and working working a 24 hr period. My family thank you all for your hard work during a hot time !!!
