I was originally shown a renovated room but upon moving day we realized we did not have a renovated apartment because there were holes in the walls a bunch of poorly patched holes the oven handle was broken the kitchen countertops were dirty my toilet didn't flush or work the door to the bedroom was broken the outlets in two rooms were non-functional and the bathroom tub was covered in filth and hair from the previous person. Mind you this is during the pandemic in the house should have been sanitized The outside deck also has a large hole in it that they never came to fix I left here a month now and the outlet still don't work even though they came to "fix" them.

I absolutely loved my time here! My apartment was perfect, didn’t have a single issue! Bronte was amazing the entire time I stayed here. However when I went to turn in my keys today, Jade caught a little attitude with me that was completely unnecessary and unappreciated. My advice to her is next time maybe don’t say a number you’re unsure about. Anyway, I totally recommend this complex to anyone moving to San Antonio!

Definitely NOT luxury. When I lived here, I was on the first floor. My apartment had major issues with these beetle looking bugs always coming inside from the cracks of the front door and patio door. The price point when I lived there was okay but it has increased over $100/mo since living there. It was quiet for most part. Everything worked fine in my apartment. It’s was a cute place but I only give them 4 stars because they are false advertising as “Luxury” and they aren’t even in the same realm as “Luxury”.

I currently live in this apartment and we have had appliances that do not work since we moved in almost 8 months ago. We’ve had maintenance come and they said they would come back and they haven’t. There is also a dead cat outside of my apartment window that has been there almost a week now and even after calling the front office and having mowers come through, this has not been dealt with. It appears to be a resident’s cat as well.
