I encountered several issues with AAA Realty. Notably, the rent was increased without any prior discussion or notice. Communication throughout was unfortunately subpar. Upon moving out, I was surprised by unnecessary and seemingly arbitrary fees, even being charged for tasks that didn't apply to the property, such as lawn mowing for a property without a lawn. Given these factors and the other reviews, I would cautiously advise considering other options when seeking realty services.

This review reflects my experience with AAA Realty. Our interaction began when we discovered a property in Texas that we were interested in moving into. Making contact with the landlord turned out to be one of the most difficult tasks I've ever faced. Every conversation was incredibly rude, and they demanded the entire rent and deposit upfront, even for a mere viewing of the home. Throughout our time living there, I never once met the landlord in person; although, that turned out to be a blessing. The real issues were the unannounced rent increases, the threats to visit when only my son was home, and the excessive and unnecessary fees charged upon departure, regardless of the property's condition. In conclusion, my experience with AAA Realty was characterized by rudeness and dishonesty. I strongly advise against doing business with them. They have proven themselves untrustworthy, and the other reviews seem to confirm this sentiment. That was my experience.

I've had the worst experience ever. Agent I spoke with was rude and unfriendly. We've made an appointment to see a property and when I came to the address she said something like "Oh Im so sorry it has already leased bye bye" Nasty

Call multiple times without identifying who they are. Very rude like its my fault that she called me. Too bad being rude and super trashy behavior is not a violation of their Real Estate license. Do not ever make a mistake to do business with this animals.
