Angela Gardner took great care of me! As a transplant from Cincinnati, Ohio to Dallas, Texas about 7 years ago, I wish I had her eyes, ears and feet navigating the market from afar when I moved here initially. Now, I’ll be relocating from Dallas to Austin and I’m so glad I found her. I took a turn around trip to check out an apartment in Austin because I wanted to step foot in it first before signing it and she was right there with me. First, she guided me along the various cities of Austin to make sure I was where I needed to be for my nursing program and then she met me at the property. I’m very particular about what I’m looking for and brought my tape measure to make sure everything would fit comfortably. She made me feel like a daughter with her mom making sure everything was as it should be and even when I told her the space was too small and the surrounding community didn’t feel right to me as a single, young female, we went right back to checking out other communities. Well, I did online and she went to visit them and took pictures for me to see. I found a place that I liked and had a few concerns about the upkeep outside of the apartment and was hesitant to share that with the community manger, but she gave me the confidence to speak up and see what necessary upkeep they would do to fix the exterior look. I’ll be moving down soon and I know as many single women move to a new place, you want to feel good about where you’ll be staying and she helped me feel good about my new apartment in Austin feeling like home! So grateful for her!

I am not satisfied whatsoever. Ali denied my contract for no apparent reason; completely voided it without an explanation. Considering my good record and all, he still denied me. Tried calling him and emailing him with no response. Total rip off
