Element Austin Round Rock

I had never stayed in an Element hotel before but boy was this a great experience! The hotel is modern and aesthetically pleasing. Igra and Angela were delightful in every way and provided exceptional customer service. Every request and question I asked was promptly acted upon and with fantastic attitudes. I saw on one of the luggage carts that bike rentals are available and they both worked to assure that one was available for my morning bike ride. That made me so happy! Thank you to both of them for that. Breakfast was served from 7-10am and had plenty of options. There is also a good-sized gym and laundry room as well as an outside smaller patio and pool. Plenty of parking is available and the hotel isn't far from the highway, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc but is still quiet. The rooms are comfortable and provide a functional kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, microwave, sink and stove top. Not to mention a water filter next to the sink! My only suggestion/recommendation would be to change out the shower heads and replace them with larger ones that provide more coverage and better water pressure. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay! I would highly recommend this hotel! Rooms: Loved the rooms. I was very surprised to find a water filter next to the sink as well! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room. My one recommendation would be to change out the shower head so there is improved coverage and water pressure.

My husband and I had a "staycation" here, and enjoyed our stay! The lobby was clean, and smelled pleasant. The lady who checked us in was friendly and accommodating. We were surprised at everything we had at our disposal in the room - a full fridge, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, and sink with a filtered faucet for drinking water. I also appreciate that the floor in the room felt clean - I've stayed in places where even the carpet felt sticky, but that wasn't an issue here! It was quiet, we were not disturbed by noises from other guests at all. The only thing that probably could have been better was the breakfast - wasn't really a fan of the options, and the taste was meh. But it was free, so I can't really complain. Overall, would definitely recommend!
