SpringHill Suites by Marriott Austin Round Rock

Our room was not cleaned after our first night. We complained before the second night after finding out it hadn't been cleaned. Nothing was done about it and we were told they only clean every other day. In the morning of April 9, 2024, at around 10 am we talked to the Sales Manager, who refused to give his name. He repeated that they don't clean every day, and I asked him to tell me where exactly it says so. He said there are signs everywhere, which we could not see anywhere, and he failed to point us to one. He then said we were supposed to be told at check-in, which we weren't. He told us he understood we were not happy about it and offered to give us points in compensation. I said that's not a satisfactory resolution to me, unless we get a refund of actual money. He said only the General Manager can help with that, but he is nowhere to be found. This issue remains unresolved and we are extremely dissatisfied with our experience at this hotel.

We didn't use the rooms but the conference room was nice and the rest of the building was very clean and comfortable.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Great location and nice rooms (slightly dated).

Nice enough but, no water pressure. Location is good!
