Geoffrey did such an awesome job helping ease the stress of buying a home for the first time. He was patient and always answered any crazy text,emails or calls we sent his way. He truly has a passion for helping make your dreams come true. He was extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area and showed us so many options.he also took the time to be there for us during our closing. This meant so much to us. Geoffrey is just outstanding!

Geoffrey has been SO much more than a realtor to our family! He has been a friend and the BEST guide to Texas that we never could have anticipated. We moved from WI for my husbands job and he made such a stressful time for us so incredibly enjoyable, exciting and comfortable! He truly cares and makes you feel SO at ease with the entire process. He has been so kind to my kids and even introduced us to his family when we went to look at homes to make my kids feel comfortable! Lastly, Geoffrey helped us to get the house we wanted for the price we wanted, and patiently informed us of everything we needed to do every step of the way as we were completely new to Texas. He is a Texas native and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about Rockwall county and its surrounding areas, and can tell you the history about it all. You will be in GREAT hands with Geoffrey! Buying or selling a home is never easy unless you use Geoffrey Lyons. Geoffrey is very knowledgeable about Rockwall and the current real estate market. Geoffreys hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. Our listing looked great! My husband and I decided to sell one of our rental home in Rockwall, Texas. Geoffrey lived across the street from the home and was out playing with his children when we met. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Geoffrey made the process incredibly easy. He went over and above to sell our home. He even involved his family in the open house. The kids had a lemonade stand and his wife made cookies for the event. Our house went under contract 3 days after we put it on the market. We had multiple offers over our asking price and we closed on the house in 2 weeks. The closing was seamless and Geoffrey walked us through every step of the closing process. I have and will continue to recommended the Geoffrey Lyons to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I believe you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. If/When we buy or sell another home we will definitely use Geoffrey.
