Melodie was very helpful when we sold our house in Dallas. She has a deep knowledge of the North Dallas market with over a decade of experience. She provided us with comps that made our pricing decision easy. She provided us with contacts for touch ups, cleaning services and other help that is always needed during the listing process. But one of the qualities that truly distinguishes Melodie is her interior design skills. She staged our house and we were surprised how well it looked. It made it hard to leave. Highly recommend!
