Rooms are updated, clean, and a reasonable price. The only downside was that the wifi didn't seem terribly consistent.

Trashhh!!! Me, my wife and my baby girl had to find another hotel at 11pm the staff and the front desk guy was so rude with us he also called the police to us but for his surprise he has to give me the whole refund, the front desk guy was racist he told the police that he felt offended because we was speaking spanish also they have no room service and no cleaning service is a lot of better hotels around Rockport close to the beach that anybody can get and also with better prices.

This was a great location in Rockport to stay. We brought the kayaks to come fish and Sunny was great helping me keep kayaks safe with the security system. He was very curtious and we even decided to come back and stay the very next weekend again! Fire pits available for grilling with picnic tables and a cool deck on 2nd floor to enjoy some breeze and drinks on was great as well! Nearby activities: Lots of fishing places near by. Safety: Tons of secrity cameras
