I strongly agree with their Google post. They have the worst customer service. Next, they have representatives in an offshore countries who dont speak English well. When u send messages through the app, everyone has a different answer. In addition, never pay for services first and file a claim. You will never get your money back. They will find all the reasons not to reimburse for your claim. Overall, they SUCK!

Zero stars - put one because I have to in order to post. An insurance company that makes you wonder why you pay for insurance. Literally one of the WORST experiences I have ever had working with ANYONE regarding ANYTHING. Necessary procedures to myself/family still cost thousands of dollars & medications that have been necessary have suddenly been completely uncovered out of nowhere; cold turkey. Call to further inquire about issues & instead of getting to speak to someone you get transferred to 10 different people only to still not be able to SPEAK TO YOUR OWN INSURANCE COMPANY THAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR. I cannot tell you how incredibly disappointed I have been. It's embarrassing they can even call themselves insurance when they quite literally do nothing for anyone & should be truly ashamed of the positions they are putting people & their families in. I cannot WAIT to no longer have this "provider." Thank you for nothing, tuly.

From France and Paris, All my support to the family of Riker Stippick, whose transfer to Texas you are refusing. In this terrible world, why are you adding more pain to a family that has already suffered so much: a whole family, children, father, mother. Where are the exceptions for such special, terrible cases? Insurance always has resources for exceptions. I live in Paris and was very touched by this family's story, even though I'm not on any social networks, which are far too crazy. Why did I, from the other side of the ocean, give money to this family, and the person in charge in the same state refused? Hiding behind procedures is an international procedure, until sometimes someone (generally in a position of authority) realizes the suffering of another. Thank you to your company's management for reconsidering this decision and reminding us that a child and sisters are human beings like you and your family. Empathy saves world.
