        I signed up with them to sell ACA and SHOP policies then I call them to get a SHOP policy presentation done per their guidelines and they are only selling them in Texas now. Maybe change your website because its very misleading to brokers who think they can sell something they cant. Now last minute I have to find another company to get appointed me to sell SHOP policies so I can take care of my customer. They offered no assistance and could care less that I went through the work to get the customer and they were of no help to fix the problem.

        Excellent customer service. I have had the opportunity to work with several of their contracting representatives & each one went above & beyond to ensure I had everything squared away before closing out my ticket. Extra kudos to Lacie M. She assisted me with a challenging question & never once made me feel like a bother.
