If Possible, Zero Stars for UHC, Coz of Worst Customer Service Ever, I faced in my life Too Worst Customer Service and they doesnt even feel any guilt for being rude towards the Customers They are only Particular in making Permiums on time.

Just joined United two months ago. Paid all 3 months, began to look for general practice Dr to then have to get referral to specialist for a mole... After three advocates looking and calling , as well as us looking and calling for any Dr. at all accepting new patients. None!!! There are none within 150 miles of us. 90 days looking ....What a lousy Healthcare Company..What stress and anxiety this has caused. Knowing there were no Doctors anywhere near our home, they cashed our checks and mail at leastv6 pieces of mail a week no joke .... Wish I had never got healthcare...it's not supposed to make us even worse off than not having it ..I now will go to a clinic pay cash and lose payments to United. Scam....

Started having abdominal pain on 1/26/24. Scheduled an appointment with my PCP for 1/29/24, earliest available. Pain turned into vomiting and jaundice. PCP saw me and immediately scheduled for abdominal scan. Arrived at imaging center on the same day for scan and was told that UHC wanted more evidence that the scan was necessary. I'd have to wait 3 days for them to decide if it would be covered. Meanwhile I haven't been able to eat or sleep for nearly 3 days. Skin and eyes are yellow. My solution was to become a self-pay patient instead of waiting 3 days. Thanks for nothing UHC. You saved your shareholders a little money today at my expense.
