Our project was exceptionally challenging and the team at Clady were phenomenal. Our house required a total renovation following multiple burst pipes from the 2021 winter storm. We were utterly unprepared for a disaster of that size and complexity, and worried our home was ruined and would never be the same. Clady took over the project from a prior contractor, and they immediately set things in order.
Their eye for design, attention to detail, experience with construction & insurance, professionalism and communication were amazing. They fixed things that were done wrongthings we never would have noticedand brought numerous ideas to our rebuild that we didnt even consider. But, more than that, they truly saw the big picture and maximized every space they worked on.
Everyone at Clady had a great attitude, was on time, worked crazy hours to get the job done rightnights, weekends, whatever it took. I was usually not at home and had no hesitation at all with them working while I was gone. To be honest, these guys treated my home better than most house guests and visiting relatives.
We were worried our home would never be the same. It ended up bettermuch betterthan it was before. Needing a contractor usually means your house has a problem. It can be very stressful. Clady alleviated that stress, got us back in our home and on with our lives. I strongly recommend them and will be using them for any future needs that come our way.

Run Run Run from these people. They are Dirty Thieves. Do not get into a contract with them. Don't even let them in your house.
These thieves gutted my house down to the studs and stole the money.
They didn't only steal from me, the list of victims is pretty long. My attorneys were getting one to two calls a week from people that they did the same thing to and these people were wanting to file lawsuits as well. They stole 175K from me, 200K from another person and more. Just google Arapaho Roofing, Arapaho REI, Arapaho Construction, Arapaho PM. And the list goes on. Also google the two thieves Eric Barron and Matt Powell.
They also fraudulently obtained business loans. I had business lenders and business lenders attorneys calling me saying they used my house as collateral for a business loan as they claimed they had open invoices on my project and this was well after I fired them and filed my lawsuit. One was in the amount of 90K and another was 75K. Just some dirty thieves.
