        The most incompetent appraiser I have ever worked with. This appraiser does not go the extra mile to make sure the comps he is using are in the area in which the property is located, where there have been numerous sales in the last 30 days in the most sought after subdivision in Johnson County, fastest growing city and top ranked school district. This appraiser will appraise your property at exactly the amount requested by a lender/bank. I cannot and will not recommend this appraiser. I have been in real estate for over 30 years and have never seen such a incompetent appraisal company.
