Lori and Richard were so helpful tonight with my multiple purchases. They informed me of all the deals and let me know about the deals for my pro membership.
I must say, they run this store MUCH better than the previous manager. I will be returning to this location.

Man with beard was very rude to a younger employee because he said he was not taught how to ring up phones and sell them and says he did in front of everybody and embarrasses him and keeps arguing with employee in front of customers. Thats very rude he could have waited until everyone was gone and talk to him in private, not embarrass him in front of GameStop customers.
