GameStop

Apparently they have a "policy" that teens aren't allowed in the store without a parent? This policy is not posted on the door. They said it is on their site, but it is not. We've spent probably thousands of dollars at gamestop. It is unacceptable that my son was told he could not enter this store.

Went into the store to return and maybe sell a game. Josh was very friendly and helpful. Now if my refund would just show up.

Terrible customer service, employees who dont care about customers, employees who refuse to answer the phone, down right bad business. Cant wait for them to go bankrupt and close.
