        DO NOT RENT AT PLANO TX LOCATION. My car reservation was at 7AM March 6. Budget rep called at 7:02PM March 5 saying there will be no car for me to pick up the next morning. I asked for any other car that they will have available in the morning since it is such a short notice and everyone else was closed at the time. He said NO. I also asked if he could arrange another location close by which again he refused to help. He gave me an 800 number to call Budget customer service so they can help me. It turned out that number was wrong, itcwas for truck reservation, not Budget customer service, it was after hour, no one answer. I then googled and found the right number for Budget customer service and they were able to find a car for me at a location near by in Richardson. I don't think that I will book with Budget again due to this issue. I had planned to travel the next morning and found out the last minutes that there would be no car. Too much stressful.
