Chase Bank

Absolutely the worst I've ever been treated by a bank! I was literally told by the banker that banking is not like it was five years ago that they don't have the power to do anything anymore. all they had to do is call another bank to clear a matter that would have saved me a giant pain in my butt and keep my business. Literally refuse to help.

Chase Bank 601 W Renner road. Banker is really chill, though I waited so long. He will keep amusing you with his funny stories and will not let you bore.

So glad to have a express branch! They do not have a teller line or drive thru, however they do have a friendly teller that is greeting everyone and is there to assist if we have questions with the atm. While they cannot Handle cash at this location, the teller showed me how to do basic things on the ATM. The bankers are always available to help me with anything I may need. Definitely like what chase bank is doing! Helps me get in and get out quick.

Come in and discover a new branch experience! One with no tellers. While waiting for a banker, I watched three people get turned away because the staff couldnt help them. They were all directed to the bigger Chase down the street. The people were very nice, but this location is quite pointless. If you have the real estate for a physical branch, why not make it an actual branch?
