I came here to open an account and unfortunately I didnt at all enjoy my visit. One of the gentleman tellers gave me misleading information and told me he couldnt open up an account for me because of a lack of documents I needed to have in order to do so . However I went to another location for the exact same reason with the exact same document and was able to open up the account with ease. After I notified the management as to what took place I received no apology but was treated like I did something wrong. I would hate to think the climate and culture of this business would indulge in prejudice and discrimination unfortunately this was my experience when I came

I wanted a bank that wasnt one of the big guys and I wanted a real relationship which is exactly what I got. Big enough to help but small enough to care about me as a person and a small business.
