Our experience buying a car with Tom was painless and so very easy.Im not sure I can go back to buying a car from a big dealership again! When I initially inquired about the car, Tom responded immediately (at 10 pm). We made a plan to go see it the next day. There were a few things that we wanted touched up and Tom took care of it for us. He went out of his way to make sure we had the perfect first car for our daughter. This is not your normal car salesman. Hes not pushy, he doesnt try to sell you anything you dont need, and is very honest. I had never heard of ZT Financial but Tom has been in the car business for years and years! He knows so much about them and can answer any questions. He even gave us some maintenance advice on some other cars we owned. When it came time to buying the car, we signed a few papers and the deal was done. Easy peasy. Thank you Tom. We will absolutely be contacting you for our next car purchase!

Small dealerships have a bad reputation for being shady, unfair, and dishonest. Tariq (also known as Tom) is none of those things. While his office is small, his willingness to work with customers is as big as his dedication to his family. Heres why I would encourage everyone to visit him: 1. He goes the extra mile to make sure the vehicles are ready for purchase. 2. His rates are very market fair. Theres no haggling. What you see is what you get, and it is very reasonable. 3. He made the entire process smooth and straightforward. He puts a lot of faith in his customers, and they in turn want to give that to him. 4. He gave me a lot of grace with some paperwork, which he did NOT have to do. He isnt pushy, wont try to foist anything on you that you dont want, and he is very responsive by phone. All in all, this was a great experience in purchasing a used vehicle. Ill follow up in 6 months if anything goes catastrophically wrong, but Tom was a a great man to do business with.
