I too have only high praises for Vanessa at Toyota of Plano. As a senior citizen, I neither think nor move as quickly as I used to think and move. Vanessa was very attune to this. She was patient, kind, and respectful. She never pressured me to make a decision, which I appreciated and believed culturally humble and respectful. Kindness, patience, humility and respect are hallmarks of a healthy corporate culture. You have much of which to be proud.
