San Marcos Toyota

I literally traded in my Toyota and got a Hyundai so that I never have to deal with this dealership EVER again. I took my car in on a Tuesday morning (scheduled 9am drop off) for an OIL LEAK that they said would be done by 4:30pm. I found pit at 3:30 WHEN I CALLED THEM, they had not even seen my car yet. POOR communication and POOR service is how the next 2 WEEKS WENT. $2500 in service I DID NOT WANT OR NEED LATER AND they tried to tell me they didnt charge me for the rental car they put me in while holding my car hostage oh but yes, my bill says I WAS charged $350 for the rental I was in BECAUSE OF THEM, that they SAID I WOULDNT BE CHARGED FOR. I work in customer service and I have never experienced such bad and manipulative service anywhere else before. If you are in need of a Toyota Dealership, I would look and recommend you go to San Antonio or Austin AVOID San Marcos at all costs.

Shawn was great! Customer service versus a salesman. As a millennial, I enjoyed the refreshing change from the traditional view and feel of a car salesman.
