Don Herring North Mitsubishi

Brought my 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in for a service to check on my engine and take care of a cylinder 3 misfire. Less than 24 hours later, after they had allegedly checked everything off as good to go, I now have a CYLINDER ONE (!!!) misfire! Good to go!

I took my car in for routine maintenance and they were so nice and professional. The place was so clean. Kenneth was my service guy and did a wonderful job. Kept me updated the whole time!

From 4 years ago... just as happy with my experience today!! Thanks, Jeffrey!! A legitimate 5 star review for a sincere 5 star experience! Allan kindly met me at the door and eased me through a riveting ride... acquiring my very FIRST NEW CAR!! Last car I bought, I had to settle for a side of the road buy here, pay here. This year, after hearing the ads, I went straight to Don Herring Mitsubishi in Plano. I didn't want to get my hopes up, as I had previously been told I didn't really have any credit. But, lo and behold, I've got a new car, great warranty, great value, great investment. The whole ordeal/atmosphere was both down to earth and luscious! I could smell the possibility as soon as I drove up to the lot!! Thank you Allan, for a job well done... and for being so patient with my needing to rush to work!! Thank God for how much easier and more positive things were than the last time I tried to buy a car.
