Fantastic selection of frames and great service. My teen daughter has a wider, square face shape and they had a great options for her to chose from. Professional and very knowledgeable staff. So happy we found Brave Optical at Park & Preston.

Dr Tran was pretty unprofessional and dismissive thru our whole visit. Now Im aware hes a separate entity from the store itself so this isnt a reflection of them, but I feel like its important to put it here so people see it. Great place to get your glasses, the attendant was lovely and super apologetic on his behalf. But Dr Tran sucks. He rushes thru the entire test and took off like half of my prescription and told me that I dont need bifocals, only older people do. Im just 19 and blind??? Come here to get great frames and deal with pleasant people, go far away for an optometrist.

Ended up here after going to all the big box and chain stores looking for a specific style of frame for my tween daughter. Most of those places only have a handful of petite frames, and none in the style she was looking for (transparent rose gold). Brave had several in her style and size! They worked with my VSP insurance and with their on-site lab, her lenses were ready in just a few days. She loves her new frames! I do wish they offered some sort of warranty/replacement program because kids will be kids.

Love my glasses! So pretty! Tara helped me pick out the glasses so perfect for me. Im very light sensitive, and the talented tech at Brave optical was able to darken my lenses just perfectly! Excellent quality and customer service.

I had some rayban frames changed over from my prescription. They worked perfect - staff was friendly and helpful. Fast service.
