Had a great experience Brenda was very helpful helping me to find a pair of glasses that best fit as well as very informative on telling me all the different types of lenses and which would work best for me. Brenda was very nice and friendly and I will be recommending everyone I know with glasses to go here from now on.

Roxana was beyond helpful and understanding! She took the time of helping me out with the issues with my glasses. Y’all see her she said she’s mostly there Saturday’s and Mondays! She is awesome!

Found frames I liked. The lady who helped me had trouble getting logged into the system because they apparently just started taking my insurance, which is fine. This is where the wheels fell off. After 20 minutes of trying to get logged in, she decides to call them. Claims the phone number is for a travel agent. I suggested calling the number actually printed on my insurance card. Amazingly, that worked! Then she comes back with an offer of $125. She said she had to charge for antireflective coating and polycarbonate lenses, which I showed her clearly were both items at $0 on the list from my insurance (which also covered frames and lenses). So at most I would have paid $60something for some special blue coat she suggested. She refused to honor the insurance price, clearly in writing and downloaded in pdf to my phone from the insurer's website (she saw where I downloaded it). Her manager also refused. Claimed it was my insurer's problem. At that point it had been 45 minutes and I simply informed him I didn't have any more time to argue about it and I was late for meeting a friend. He wanted to continue arguing about it, so I had to stop him and repeat myself as I gathered up my card and prescription off the table while they both stared at me blankly. No sorry or anything of that nature exited their mouths. I said thank you as I left the store and again the blank stares. I informed them you're welcome was an appropriate response usually to that. Don't waste your time here. It took me less time to type this long review than to not get a pair of glasses from JCP Optical at Collin Creek. The rest of the store is cool, by the way.
