Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly. He actually picked out the glasses I ended up picking. I was looking at frames too big for my face and he helped direct me to a pair that fit me perfectly - both in size & color!

Immediately, upon entering the store I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I knew what style of glasses I wanted and the rep took my prescription and said he would enter the info while I looked at the glasses. Once I chose the pair I wanted, another rep at the counter noticed that my old Warby Parker glass case was worn and offered me a new glass case with lens cloth. It was a kind gesture. Everyone was professional and attentive and I got what I needed.

The customer service at this location never fails, everytime I have walked in, I was greeted with assistance on any questions I had. I purchased some glasses for my girlfriend and I proceed to come back 2 days later to purchas some more for myself. Prices here are very reasonable, especially compared to other retailers.
