If I could give them no stars I would. I have been going to Dr. Malone for 4 years if not longer. Dr. Malone was an amazing Doctor his bedside manner was amazing. His Staff before, the ones that are there now have no problem, were courteous and listened. The staff that is currently there now are rude and disrespectful and don't listen. Last year my fianc I put on my vision coverage went to Vision Source on Springcreek and Coit. for his eye exam and glasses. during the vision, he was asked if he had any other issues. He stated that he had had a headache. Because he said that the billing office submitted the claim under his medical coverage in order to be paid more. a balance came back, and when I called for the 5th time with questions regarding how the claim was billed after providing my insurance information, they billed it under the wrong insurance. we received a bill for the remaining amount. when I contacted them, I again provided the ID number and group number. this was in 2023 in 2024 we received another bill after I was advised that it would be submitted when I spoke to my vision plan I was advised that a claim was never submitted. When I called, they advised me that they would only speak to him, but it's under my insurance. Which they never submitted because I contacted my insurance. they billed it under medical because they got more money for the claim. This should have never been billed under medical coverage. Especially when he went in for an eye exam and glasses. I will no longer be a patient. Don't trust Dr. Milburn and his new staff. They are a bunch of crooks. The staff is completely clueless. I contacted my insurance, which should have been billed, and was advised that no claim had been submitted. I think they lack an attention span. if I give you the correct insurance information and you still file under the wrong insurance after I provided to you twice something is wrong! I clearly explained to you that I had 2 insurances and that he was not covered under my primary not once but several times, yet you still filed it under the wrong one. I contacted my insurance when I was told that you would file under the correct one. When I called and verified I was advised that a claim had never been submitted. So to go further I logged into my portal and just to check nothing had been submitted which tells me you most likely submitted it under the wrong insurance again. And you wonder why I got frustrated the new staff there is incompetent they don't listen. The old staff listened. And after numerous times speaking with me about my insurance that he was on you broke HIPPA Laws. I do benefits day to day and have been for over 20 years so I know my job and I know it well I do HIPAA Compliance monthly and you broke it when I was able to contact your office and I was provided all the information even though he was on my insurance. Also if you have a credit amount you better check they will try to keep I have reached out numerous time regarding a credit that I have, no response! I am quite sure that Milburns office has done this to others.

Everyone was very friendly and kind. My appointment went smoothly and quickly. They were very knowledgeable and clear about what my insurance would cover. All went well and I will be back next year!

I had a wonderful experience at Vision Source Plano. I got into an appointment the same day. I was given a full exam and was able to pick out, priced out and fitted for a new pair of glasses with the prescription, which I was able to pick up within 10 days. Sydney was an amazing tech, preforming my exam with professionalism and a wide knowledge base to provide me the best care. She properly fitted and ordered my chosen pair quickly and efficiently. Very happy with my experience:)
