        I came into Tricorn Office during business hours. This was also during lunch hour, waited in Lobby, no one was in front, continue to wait/ wait i open the door, asked politely if i could get copy of prescription. Tech, replied " Wait, you have to wait we're at lunch"! If you're not going to take care of "Patients" concerns during lunch... Simply just "MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THIS.. KEEP DOORS CLOSED FOR LUNCH.

        Just love the doctor, Sydney and staff! I tend to want to stay longer after visits to get more of them. Such wonderful professionals. The doctor is very forthcoming with medical information, too
