The doctor Bhavini Patel was extremely extremely rude to me, my wife and even to my 9 year old son who was the patient. She kept pushing us out of the office saying we were delaying her lunch. When I asked her a question that took 40 seconds to answer, about treatment for my son, she rolls her eyes and said here we go again. She is a very very bad person. I do not care how she is as a doctor, there are a million optometrists out there, but she needs to respect other people, least of all her own patients. Even my 9 year old son who is very friendly with everyone, said she was very rude. I need someone to call me so I can discuss further about this worst experience. Your office is the one who scheduled the appointment at 1 pm. If it is her lunch time why did you schedule the appointment?
