        Essnol below: We originally went to the Murphy location and switched from AT&T to TMobile. Murphy location assured us the Plano location was just as great as they were. That was NOT my experience. If your only requirement is having a Spanish speaker, then visit this Plano store. If honest and knowledgeable staff who provide exceptional service, is most important to you, then take the time to go to the Murphy location. We originally went to the store in Murphy and switched from AT&T to T-MOBILE. The store in Murphy assured us the store in Plano was very large. That was NOT my experience. If your only requirement is to have a Spanish speaker, visit this Plano store. If honest staff with exceptional service is most important to you, take the time to go to the store at Murphy.
