        Love this Bank. Always nice and relaxed environment. I also became familiar to the staff, they know me and talk to me in a very close friendly way. I hate the long lines, the crowded other banks are.So this is definitely my Bank!

        Bad online customer service. No support for my issues to log into my account but they still charge a monthly fee and won't wave it. Now I have to pay a fee to close the account. Terrible.

        Not a fan of this bank. I opened a new account, but after taking the opening deposit, they put the account on hold and required me to appear in person at a branch to verify my identity. No thank you.
