I have been a customer of BofA for 30 years. I go to this branch becuase Jaya is there to warmly greet me and always helps me and my family. Over the past 5 years, she has provided some very good guidance to set up accounts for my sons so they can understand how banks help to manage and save money....and even establish credit. Jaya remains the person I think about at BofA although I do have to wonder at times if bank loyalty really matters anymore with the fees that I get charged.

I went to this branch on Sat 23rd Dec at 1:10 pm to notarize an official document. A process that will take a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes. "Jose Rivera" is the only notary there, two of his colleagues took a look at my document and showed it to him but since there was a client waiting before me to open an account he had to assist him.
Since the branch closes at 2 PM I could feel that they were trying to convince me to come later but I told them that I need this document ready to send before the holidays.
"Jose Rivera" spent enormous time with the other client and then showed up around around 2:05pm and refused to notarize my document because there was no witness. Although the official document mentioned clearly in the instructions that the notary could also be the witness as well as he already saw those papers So there was absolutely no reason for him to stall me and keep me waiting over 45 minutes and waste my time.
He has an ill behavior and lacks customer service which is very weird for someone with a senior banker title. I brought to his attention that I am a platinum member of the bank and his reply was "So! thank you but I will still not give you my service". I asked for his business card and mentioned that I will submit a complaint. He said he was fine with that...
We do not put our money and invest in Bank of America in order to be humiliated by their staff.
The bank needs to do a better job in selecting customer facing employees because they represent the place.

I went to the location on preston and springcreek and the customer service was soo mean and will do everything not help you. I have been here multiple times.
I gave up and came to this amazing location that I never knew existed. When I entered 3 bankers were talking and they greeted me immediately. I was sold. Then I stated my reason, notary. The guy emidiatetly walked me to his office and took care of it within minutes and he was so professional and personable.
