Repeated horrible experience at this branch. I normally avoid writing bad reviews, but the public and management should know about their terrible service. It took them 25 to 30 minutes to accept/deposit a cashiers check to my business account. Last week on Friday, I took a personal check, after fiddling with the check and trying to deposit it to my account for 20-25 minutes, they gave up and told me that they will have to put a hold on my check for 7-days to deposit. This was a standard check for less than $5,000 from Chase Bank. I took the check and deposited at the Woodforest Bank at Coit and President George Bush Freeway location, it took them less than 3 minutes to process and deposit the check. The amount was available on my account the next day! I have left a message for the Branch Manager to call me, but never got a call back.
