        My mortgage loan process with Prosperity Bank was incredibly frustrating. The lender has been unresponsive despite attempts to communicate via phone and email. Consider going somewhere else for mortgage services.

        Just the worst bank ever. Practically impossible to do any banking with Prosperity. Will be closing our accounts here.

        This is the best bank that I have ever had for years. They are prompt, proficient, and very professional. Yes, their banking culture is not Legacy Bank. It is much better. I will always bank at Prosperity.

        Got locked out of truck and running home. Walked in because I knew it was likely they would have a water fountain or bathroom with sink so I could get some water and when I asked if they had a restroom the older bank teller asked rudely if I was a customer. Which I am(I have a business account). But the fact that she was going to turn me away from grabbing some water when I am clearly wearing normal close and sweating profusely and should maybe signal that I am not in a great situation and could use some water, that is a low empathetic woman and should be fired. The first younger girl who Was the person I had originally asked and was standing right next to the older woman simply said, yes, right over there.
