        InTouch had the most competitive rates, and their loan officer, Carlos Martinez, was very knowledgeable, responsive, and kind throughout the process.

        Never have had a ok experience here, theres always problems. 7 day hold for a $500 check? Lol no bank I have been with before has done any of this. No wonder why there Credit u ions are closing

        I had an amazing experience financing a used car with ITCU thanks to Carlos Martinez. He was knowledgeable, personable and was invested in my satisfaction. He called me and the dealership multiple times just to make sure everything was moving smoothly. I couldn't believe how easy the process was. I had hesitations using InTouch instead of using the car dealership financing. But I am so glad that I did. InTouch credit Union will be my first call when I need financing again. Thanks to Carlos.
