We've been customers for many years now and the one thing that Texans CU offers that most banks don't is that they treat you as a person, not a number. Most recently, we've had the priviledge of working with April at the Spring Creek branch and she (and her team) are some of the most caring individuals that I've dealt with since becoming members. We've had several car loans, personal loans, home improvement and equity loans and through every situation, we're treated with respect and great care. Not to mention, they have the most competive rates around! They are the absolute best!
