Coventry Homes - Blackhawk

Hi, I recently bought home in pflugerville Texas with coventry homes Blackhawk. When it comes to fee or payment, you will be followed on time but we found our air condition is not working properly during third party inspection, they keep saying, we will fix it, we will fix it before closing. Even reported in final walk through. After closing, they will not respond to you. They said it is my responsibility to take care after closing. Now I am working A/C company on this. I would never ever recommend to anyone. They are just after your money, never care about customer satisfaction.

I would give negative star if I can. They are not premium builders like they claim to be. I recently purchased a house with them. Paid a premium money for the house! The job was rushed with poor finish! On top of it, once you close out, then they dont care about any of the warranty requests! It took them 6 months to sort out my closing walk through warranty requests! To make things worse, the poor quality build started showing up and I have submitted consolidated list of warranty request after 6 months only to find out, they dont care! Its been several weeks went by without any response to warranty. The warranty rep Ben is worst to deal with. Need several follow ups always and he is very lazy to attend to requests. Stay away from them and go find better builders who gives priority to buyers not only during sale process, but also after the sales! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND them to anyone.

I would give them no star. Nightmare buying a house with this company, they hire cheap contacting workers to build the house. Forced us to close the house unfinished, now we are going through a torturous process of getting the pending jobs done. The builder never responded and runs ways when ever we see him in the community. Poor ethics, values and communication. Total arrogant staff starting from the sales to management. I think nobody works full-time here because everybody is on vacation all the time and irresponsive.
