        Read your contract. They sneak a term that allows them to increase the price even after the contract was signed. My family spent 5 months waiting for the home to get built and finally being told by MonDel that the price has increased by 15% and we either accept it or they will return the earnest money. This is such a dishonest way to conduct business.
