The cleanliness is a major issue, there was a blood stain on the top blanket, the next had cigarette burns and semen stains. I moved all of the bedding to find more stained and soiled sheets, plus stains on the mattress. Also, the bathroom was not clean, it had stains in the tub; the faucet and drain on the tub were rusted. Thus, we bathe in the sink using our own towels because the towels were also dirty. Additionally, there were a lot of truckers who would have small gatherings in the parking lot, while playing loud music during late night hours. Reported it to the manager, who gaslighted me saying " we check the cameras every night and there was nothing." The room key was deactivated daily, although I paid in advance. After complaining to the supervisors and manager,housekeeping came by and put the same dirty linens back on the bed... Later in my stay(stayed because i couldn't get the money back), the manager attempted to physically assault me because of my multiple complaints about the various issues. Again, don't book here.
