Update. My team and I will no longer patronize this hotel. Late last year, I had to cancel a reservation a few days before my stay. When I canceled, I was told that I had booked a non-refundable room rate. Well, I don't know about that. As a Diamond Hilton Honors member, I have booked countless stays at Hilton properties. This booking was no different than all the others. I called the hotel and spoke with someone who represented herself as the manager. I explained that I would be back in about a month, maybe two, and she agreed to apply the amount charged to a future stay. When I called to rebook the "manager" said they would not honor the agreement made by the last person I spoke to. I involved Hilton Honors membership support, but to no avail.
