These people are probably the worst to deal with. It's got to be company wide. Every location is the same hassle and incompetent employees....just a headache all around.

Worst customer sevice. Liars and got very angry when proved they were lying. Find any other uhaul store besides this location. They are terrible and caused me major inconvience. I run a successful local business and would never treat customers like these scumbags did. Both the front desk employees need to be fired. Not my fault youre Liars. They Got very disrespectful and then forced me to get something other than what i reserved. Proceeded to whisper to each other in front of me then gave me the worst vehicle they had on the property. Avoid this location at all costs.

Very disappointed. Made a reservation awhile back for a 26 truck one way. Two days before my pick up U-Haul called me to let me know there were no trucks available in Midland and I would have to drive 52 miles to pick it up. I did not agree to that location. They found another location 20 minutes away. I now have to drive myself 20 minutes away, pay for gas in a 26 truck to drive back to Midland, then drive back to pick up my vehicle, and again drive home to Midland. I asked the manager and he said they dont have the staff to pick up trucks for reservations. It seems to me that they shouldnt let people reserve trucks or equipment if it is not available. Very frustrated with the entire situation. If it wasnt last minute I would use a different company. If you are a tight schedule and moving out of town I dont recommend depending on U-Haul for your moving needs.
