I recently moved in to Advenir on Mayfield in Midland, Tx. I love my apartment!! Quiet neighborhood and I have no complaints! I have to give a Big Shout Out to Elijah the maintenance guy!! He put up my curtains!! Five stars for sure! Id recommend this place if youre looking for a nice, comfortable atmosphere. And the staff is on point!!! Elijah is the best maintenance guy around! Takes care of anything and everything promptly and efficiently! Truly a great technician!

Zero stars! Do not recommend at all! The management changes all of the time and no one ever knows what they are doing. I had HELL moving in with a broken AC and they wouldnt even come fix it for five days until I sat in the office for over an hour. They messed up my lease completely. The pool is a science project that you cant even swim in and was like that the entire time we lived there. The trash spills and leaks all over the halls and no one ever cleans it. The office literally doesnt have a clue whats going on! Do not move in here, they will screw you over and it will be a bad time! Zero stars! Do not recommend at all!
