        I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy! Worst experience in apartment living I've ever had. Trash everywhere all the time, guys walking around the parking lot openly brandishing guns and the staff is beyond rude... just to name a few issues...

        Good luck trying to rent here If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I dealt with a complex so unprofessional in the way the way they handle "future" tenants went and applied a couple weeks ago thinking everything was squared away and it was not. property manager was rude and would not take accountability for her employees mistake and instead tried to blame us when we only followed the instructions of HER employee. Will not be renting from ANY of the Dominion properties since things are obviously being ran sketchy

        It's a 3 for me. The paint in the walls is awful. It feels like chalk. Countertops are horrible. There's no glaze on them. They stain easily. Items fall right through balconies. It seems to me like the entire complex isn't finished. Bird stuff all in front of the office door on the welcome mat. It's a 3, because nothing around the place is in perfect condition. The cabinet screws start popping off.
