Had a pretty big leak and alot of the water got into the carpet. They never cleaned it or anything I had to do it myself. I also had to live somewhere else for a week in case there was mold since the water was leaking from inside the walls and they didn't even reimburse me for the week I wasn't here. They also would move me to a different apartment, they said since it was the first time it's happened its not a issue. Water was coming out from electrical lights in kitchen and laundry room. These people don't care about the residents here.

Many of their tenants are thoughtless!! I watch their residents fly down Gateway St without a thought that this is a neighborhood and families with children and pets live there! They dont care! The also line the street across from the apartments where there are homes! They will park in front of peoples homes instead of across the street in the apartment parking lot! I guess they feel its more convenient for them so they dont care about the people that have to park way down the street from there homes. I called and asked a rep with the apartments if its ok if people that live across the street in houses can park in the apartment lot since their residents park in front of our houses but I was told no!!!
