Picked up my glasses, turns out the measurements are off like I said, no one listened to me. Now I have to drive All the way over there again tomorrow. SMH # I knew something wasn't right, but they were telling me to wear them for a week. Naw, I don't want my eyes messed up because they wouldn't listen. It's blurry at the top, and on the sides, and the middle is blurry and it feels weird. My eyes are not focusing right and it feels hazy. I don't even know if the prescription is right, because it feels I'm looking through something else. SMH Funny thing, I was never measured for the frames. I should've left those glasses there and made them measure my eyes and make me some new ones. Then, they don't have the deep purple hue I loved, although I can deal with that. Now, it's a very light purple hue. Oh well, I will be glad when this is cleared up! Update: I spoke to a young lady Sat morning, and she told me to come in on Monday and that the manager would be there. I went in on Monday, and the manager was not there. I was VERY upset. The fact I am having to go through all this running around is ridiculous! The fact they don't have any other manager to clear things up, and the other workers are not trained is ridiculous. So, basically, you have to wait for the manager to be there to get anything done. They had to call the manager, and she set up for me a recheck on my prescription. That's not until Thursday morning, so I still have to wait weeks before anything is done! Smh I won't be back to this location next year at all.

I absolutely love this place. I have a very strong prescription, with thick lenses. Bianca went the distance to help me find a pair that looked good on me but was also suited to my prescription. She was also very helpful in making sure I got everything I asked for (transisitions, scratch resistance, etc). Everyone there is just soooo nice! I live 30 minutes away, but I find it worth the trip.

Appointment at 10am got there at 9:55 am was out at 10:30 am. Got my son school paperwork done and picked out his glasses. now we just wait for the call to go pick up the glasses. all the staff was pretty good.
