I had went here to get my eyes checked. I ended up with glasses and contact lenses. The service was superbly great. Go here for your eye needs. If you have insurance they may except it. Call them and make an appointment. I will go back in the future for my next year vision check. Check them out you will be overly satisfied.

I just picked up the glasses I picked out and I've never had a more perfect pair of glasses! The fit is amazing and my prescription is perfect. They have outstanding service for both the optometrist and the retail staff! 10/10 would recommend going to Vision Wokrs for your glasses!

I paid $109 for a consultation for contacts. Not only did I leave with absolutely no information on contact size. I have yet to receive my trial pair because they didn't have my size... Why was I charged for something I didn't even get? And further more, why would you not be updating me on a regular basis on where they are or might be there? I honestly just want my money back at this point. I would not suggest anyone get their eyes checked or get your glasses next door. Its a very rushed and lackadaisical operation to funnel in people's insurance money. The optometrist that checked my eyes was very good tho which is why I gave it two stars instead of one.

Canceled appointment without any notification lady at desk very insensitive she was just like we canceled your appointment because we don't have all the info for your insurance you should've received a message blank stare ( I filled out the patient forms in advance) well I didn't receive anything now I came all the way here for nothing! And by the way there are things called reimbursement plans I could have paid out of pocket and got my money back from my insurance myself but no options were giving to me just wasted time!

Went to this optometrist for myself first and had a decent experience but later went with my wife to have her eyes checked for glasses. Master eye care had 1 doctor on staff with 5 ladies sitting and standing around doing nothing. Had an appointment but was made to wait 45 minutes to get into a room to have her eyes examined. I dont think that I can recommend this place to have your eyes examined. For there to be a nice sized eyeglass store next door, they didnt have the kind of frames we were looking for and settled.
