Only 3 stars right now, due to waiting 24 days and counting for trial contacts. I do however want to give a big THANK YOU to JUNE for being an advocate for me and sincerely attempting to locate and find what the issue is with my missing order for contacts. Other associates answering the phone were not very helpful, and one just told me to sit and wait till I was called! JUNE is being proactive and trying to resolve this issue of extreme wait for contacts. Big shout out to JUNE! UPDATE: My TRIAL contacts were ordered DECEMBER 21, 2023 and were available for pickup on FEBRUARY 5, 2024!!!!!! I ALSO SENT AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHERE THEY SAY THEY RESPOND IN 48 HOURS, I HAVE NEVER RECD A RESPONSE. I am not going to order contacts from them, I will order elsewhere.
UPDATE! As of April 10,3024,I emailed all data, dates, times etc as requested and never got response. I now order my contacts from 1-800-Contacts with no issues, free replacement of torn lenses and excellent customer service. Shame on Americas Best.

I have been getting my son's glasses and my glasses from here for years so I have spent a lot of money, but what I noticed is my son's glasses peel after a year. I didn't pay attention since every year he has to get a new prescription. I do know they put some poly something on kids glasses but when I explained that his glasses are peeling the manager was very nonchalant. She even said in my opinion he did something to them to make the lenses peel. This the manager! She told me the only thing I can do is buy a new pair, I did my own research and it's the coating they put on kids Glasses wearing off I am going to try what they suggest and hopes it works. As far as Americans Best you have lost me as a customer until you get better trained MANAGERS. I am a single parent with one income I can't afford to just buy new glasses when I just bought 4 pair from you all months before. She didn't console with anyone didn't attempt a resolution. Don't shop there.
