        Prosperity is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Business account gets frozen by fraud detection constantly. I have had the account frozen for a 7 dollar charge before. They do not care if its an inconvenience. Have started moving my accounts. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. Imagine a business account might travel? Tough Luck. If the weekend is coming you better have another card or cash in you pocket.

        My review is not for this location, it is for the bank itself.. their fraud detection makes it impossible to use your card for normal transactions online.. like as an example I just tried to order food with chewy and they detected it as fraud.. I got a text asking if I was the one who made this purchase, confirmed, and tried again.. same result (no text message this time). I asked customer support about this for another purchase and the rep recommended I get a prepaid visa card.. because apparently there is nothing they can do about this

        This location is the lowest location of Customer Service Among all other branches. I have been banking at this location for years but once this new team and management are in. I do not recommend this location to be where you take your business.
